At HMA our passion is supporting and mentoring employees to enable career excellence and achievement of goals. Our tight team of consultants provides experiential workshops, one-to-one coaching and bespoke courses giving employees the confidence and knowledge to succeed. HMA is run by Hayley Mares, who has more than 20 years of retail experience, focussing on sales management in the luxury arena and the importance of communication and the customer experience.

She is renowned for motivating and engaging teams to succeed.

The company’s most recent corporate responsibility involved delivering a learning and development platform encompassing diagnosis, organisational needs analysis and training for both office and field; the overall brief being to drive the teams to encompass the overall growth strategy.

Some of the projects we have been involved with include working with third-party consultants to design and manage the rollout of an automated payroll system.

We have defined and implemented a new management and employee onboarding strategy aimed at increasing employee engagement from the outset and implemented and rolled out an Omni-Chanel initiative, allowing customers greater access to products and increasing company turnover.

We specialise in designing and delivering fun, interactive and experiential training courses, including blended learning, offering a variety of methods and skills with a strong emphasis on coaching to keep the message alive.

These courses include ‘delivering extraordinary customer service’ with Penny Blake, corporate induction programmes, performance management, appraisal and interview workshops to name a few.
